Ham Radio

C irca 1989. We were dating and didn't have cell phones. Back then they were called car phones. Eric had a Ham radio. He bought me a long range walkie-talkie, so that we could talk to each other while I was on my break at work or from my sister's house where I was living. It was fun. One night during my break, I went to the back of the mall where I always did to talk to Eric. While I was talking, someone drove by and started shouting at me that he knew what I was up to and was going to call the police. I am guessing the guy thought that I was drug dealer. Lol!. Eric told me to not respond and no police came either.
